Allergenuity Health Programs

Our Programs are deferred payment options that we offer as a commitment between both us and you to work closely together for several years on attempting to train your immune system to handle your allergens much better. These Programs make your budgeting and our billing easier, allowing us all to focus more on your care. They defer your initial expenses out over time and account for the increasing costs of more allergen in your treatment over time as well, all while keeping your monthly expenses the same. They include all of the appointments, services, and conveniences listed here – AND – your complete SLIT treatment regimen including all of your treatment bottles. By committing to the process, we can provide you with additional great value and conveniences over the course of your treatment.

Expanded Program vs Fees For Services

Focused Program

$150⁰⁰monthly

Used For: Straight-forward environmental allergies (hay-fever, watery eyes) or Single food allergen treatment.
Included:
- Direct care by a board-certified allergist
- One Focused SLIT treatment program (either environmental SLIT or food SLIT) – active treatment plan & management by your allergist, SLIT bottles, and “test dose only” appointments
- 60-90 min initial consultation time with your allergist
- Up to 2 scheduled 30-60 min follow up consultations/yr with your allergist (in-clinic, on the phone, or via telemedicine as appropriate)
- Prioritized scheduling for sick visits (Fee for the visit is readily available here)
- Up to 1 hr/yr Doc-Talk phone/email/text access to your allergist for appropriate basic questions between appointments (More time $5/min)
- After hours phone/telemedicine direct access to your allergist for urgent situations ($5/min)
- Appropriate skin prick tests for SLIT management
- Access to highly discounted lab prices (via LabCorp) – Note: You may also go through your insurance (or self pay) for bloodwork at any lab of your choosing.
- Member Events

Used for: Chronic conditions such as eczema, sinus issues, asthma, hives, GI disruption, multiple food and environmental allergies, etc.
Included:
- Direct care by a board-certified allergist
- A Comprehensive SLIT treatment program (including BOTH environmental and food allergen SLIT as appropriate) – active treatment plan & management by your allergist, SLIT bottles, and “test dose only” appointments
- 90-120 min initial consultation time with your allergist
- Up to 3 scheduled 30-60 min follow up consultations/yr with your allergist (in-clinic, on the phone, or via telemedicine as appropriate)
- Prioritized scheduling for sick visits (Fee for the visit is readily available here)
- Up to 2 hrs/yr Doc-Talk phone/email/text access to your allergist for appropriate basic questions between appointments (More time $5/min)
- After hours phone/telemedicine direct access to your allergist for urgent situations ($5/min)

Used for: Those with chronic or multiple allergic conditions who desire additional access and more medical services.
Included:
- Direct care by a board-certified allergist
- A Comprehensive SLIT treatment program (including BOTH environmental and food allergen SLIT as appropriate) – active treatment plan & management by your allergist, SLIT bottles, and “test dose only” appointments
- 90-120 min initial consultation time with your allergist
- Unlimited follow up consultations/yr with your allergist (in-clinic, on the phone, or via telemedicine as appropriate)
- Unlimited sick visits/yr with your allergist
- Unlimited Doc-Talk phone/email/text access to your allergist for appropriate basic questions between appointments
- After hours phone/telemedicine direct access to your allergist for urgent situations
- Appropriate skin prick tests for SLIT management
- Access to highly discounted lab prices (via LabCorp) – Note: You may also go through your insurance (or self pay) for bloodwork at any lab of your choosing.
