Our pricing is designed to give you value, flexibility, and convenience. Whether you have simple seasonal allergies, complex food and environmental allergies, or anything in between, we have an option for you.

Fees For Services
We believe in price transparency in health care, so the service fees for our common services are transparently listed for you below.
These fees would apply in situations such as: if you would like to do a consultation with Dr. Schroeder to review your records and discuss all potential treatment options (whether we offer them or not), if you would like to do one or more consultations and testing with us first before committing to one of our long-term Programs, if you are in one of our Programs but need a non-included service, or if you would like to see us for a one-time or sporadic type of issue or treatment (like penicillin testing or seasonal allergy SLIT desensitization). Many of these services are included in our Allergenuity Health Programs at no additional cost for those who are ready to start right away. (Please note that if you have services with us and then later choose to join a Program in which those services are included, your prior services cannot be retroactively covered by your Program payments.)
Other Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT) Related Fees
The “5 Year Program Graduate” SLIT treatment pricing is only for patients who have completed their initial 5-year course of immunotherapy (concluded their deferred payment program’s set of services and deferred payment plan installments), and have decided with their physician to use SLIT for even longer-term maintenance treatment. Other fees relate to Environmental RUSH SLIT treatment, shipping & handling, splitting serum upon request, and replacement SLIT bottles for lost or damaged immunotherapy serum.

Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT) Treatment
This SLIT treatment pricing includes not only your SLIT antigen bottles as per your specific treatment plan, but also dose adjustments as needed, and any “test dose only” appointments your allergist allows. (Note: Regularly scheduled follow up appointments are required as advised by your physician, even if you feel you are doing well on the treatment, in order to maintain your treatment course and provide you with quality care. We cannot do all updosing as “test dose only” appointments without properly following up with you at appropriate intervals.)

We have been able to develop a direct relationship with LabCorp and can offer you the rates below if you choose to do your Allergenuity Health bloodwork through one of their draw centers (with no insurance submission). Please note that the list below includes common tests, but many additional tests are also available at similar rates. Alternatively, your bloodwork can be done at any lab of your choosing, as long as the lab has the ability to run the needed tests, and you can use your insurance and its contracted rates.
